Opening for Contracted Psychiatrist or APRN

The Saluda Counseling Center in Rock Hill, SC is presently looking for a psychiatrist or Advance Practice Registered Nurse to join our clinical staff to provide psychiatric medical management of patients and clients who come to our center for mental health care. This position would start as a 2-or 3-day position, with possibility to work towards a 4-day contracted position. As needed, the psychiatrist would also sign off for prescriptive medicines prescribed by the Nurse Practitioners. No scheduled evenings or weekends are involved in this position.

Saluda Center is a nonprofit faith-based 501 3(C) organization that serves the community of Rock Hill, York County and several surrounding counties of SC. We presently have one psychiatrist, two Nurse Practitioners who specialize in psychiatric services, and 8 licensed mental health therapists complete the care we give. We also have 6 office staff members to handle all administrative  tasks.  

Licensure by the State of SC is required, along with the availability to be placed as a provider on insurance panels in SC.

We are not a Medicaid provider.
